About Our Pastor

Dr. Victor Hinds was born in the northern parish of St. Andrew on the
beautiful Caribbean Island of Barbados, on May 24, 1950, to Ms. Onita
Clarke-Hinds and Mr. Arnold Gibbs. Like most children in Barbados and
throughout the Caribbean in those days, little Victor had to go to church,
and as a result, he became active in church at an early age. At the age of
fourteen, Apostle Hinds was afflicted with a stroke and many people
thought that he would die but he encountered a visitation from the Lord and
was healed.

Apostle Hinds became a member of the Living Gospel Fellowship and
continued to grow in ministry. He began to travel throughout the Caribbean
and eventually was appointed the Pastor and Presbyter of the Living
Gospel Fellowship. After serving faithfully for a number of years, he
founded the first of 14 Advent Deliverance Churches throughout the
Caribbean.

Apostle Hinds sought the Lord in prayer and fasting. During this time,
God revealed to him the doctrine of the Oneness of God and Baptism in
His Name. Dr. Hinds readily embraced this revelation and was baptized in
the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Apostle Victor Hinds migrated with his family to the United States of
America in 1981 and his ministry continued. After ministering at a number
of churches he was called to the pastorate of The Revelation Pentecostal
House of Prayer for all Nations in Brooklyn, New York, in 1986. He
continued his theological training and enrolled in Bible College, where he
gained a Doctorate of Theology.

On Saturday, November 24, 2004, Dr. Victor Hinds was affirmed and
commissioned as an Apostle to the Body of Christ. On September 23,
2006, as the visionary of this new reformation, he was appointed as the
Presiding Prelate and Chief Apostle, of the United Churches for Kingdom
Building.

Apostle, Bishop Dr. Victor Hinds has been happily married to the
lovely Dr. Pauline Hinds for the past 48 years. They are the proud parents
of one daughter Victoria, and the loving grandparents of Victor Paul Hinds.
